Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the RePlenish website and messages sent to RePlenish. It does not govern third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, merchants, or social platforms that may be linked from the site.

2. Information we may receive

Information you provide

If you join the waitlist, we receive your name, selected contact method, and either your email address or public Telegram username. If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. The contact page prepares an email in your own email application; it does not send those entries to a RePlenish database.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical data such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site.

Wallet and blockchain information

If wallet features are introduced, RePlenish may receive a public wallet address and transaction-related information. We will never ask for or collect your seed phrase or private key.

3. How we use information

We may use information to manage early-access requests, contact waitlist members using their selected method, answer messages, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, understand technical failures, meet legal obligations, and develop RePlenish. We do not use waitlist or contact-form information to make automated decisions about you.

4. When information may be shared

Waitlist submissions are processed by FormSubmit to deliver them to RePlenish. Information may also be processed by service providers that help host, secure, or operate the site; disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or transferred as part of a future organizational transaction. RePlenish does not sell or rent contact information.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current preview does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Hosting providers may use essential technologies or logs to deliver and protect the site. If RePlenish adds analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

6. Public blockchain data

Public blockchains are transparent and generally permanent. Transactions and wallet addresses recorded on a blockchain may remain publicly available even if you ask RePlenish to delete information held in its own systems. Do not place private or sensitive information in a blockchain transaction.

7. Retention and security

We keep waitlist and contact information only as long as reasonably needed to manage early access, respond to the message, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Form-delivery providers may retain submissions temporarily under their own terms. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email service, wallet, or blockchain can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by RePlenish, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. The rights available to you depend on where you live. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

RePlenish is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and service develop. The date at the top will change when a revision is posted. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
